Welcome to the pilot sound portal of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Our commitment is to build a digitally inclusive society for Hong Kong. This portal is dedicated to those special groups who are vision impaired or senior citizens who prefer a vocal web page rather than a traditional one. Information of the portal are drawn selectively from four inaugural government departments, namely, Information Services Department, Social Welfare Department, Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Department of Health. Technical advice is provided by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer.
